  • 2 x egg
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg, grated
  • 4 c. vegetable oil
  •     Mulled Cider Broth
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 c. apple, cider
  • 2 c. Chardonnay
  • 4 x star anise, whole
  • 2 x bay leaf
  • 10 x allspice, berries, whole
  • 1 x nutmeg, whole
  • 1 x cinnamon, stick, whole
  •     Spicy Apple Chips
  • 1 Tbsp. cloves
  • 1 Tbsp. star anise
  • 1 Tbsp. allspice
  • 1 Tbsp. warm pepper sauce
