Homemade Macaroons! Recipe

Ingredients

  • Macaroons:
  • 20 oz. flaked coconut
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 T almond extract
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 t salt
  • 4 T Flour
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • Mix coconut, egg-whites, almond extract, condensed milk, salt, flour, and sugar. Mix at low speed for two minutes. Drop by Tablespoonful onto a lined cookie sheet. Let cool for five minutes, serve.
  • Bake at 325 f for 12 minutes. Enjoy!
