Aunt Julia's Cheese Potato Casserole Recipe


  • 5 lbs. potatoes, cook whole, cold, cut into cubes
  • 10 ounce Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can pimientos, for color
  • 1/2 c. peppers, minced
  • 1/2 c. onion, minced


Add In Pimientos, Peppers, Onions To Potatoes. Place In Greased Casserole. Heat Cheese, Add In Soup, Stir In Lowfat Sour Cream. Pour Over Potatoes. Bake At 350 Degrees For 1 Hour.
