Ingredients

  • 1 sm shallot, chopped
  • 1 sm garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/8 bn basil, minced
  • 1/4 bn cilantro, minced
  • 1/4 bn mint, minced
  • 1 x lemon, juiced
  • 2 x limes, juiced
  • 1/3 c. fish sauce
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. grapeseed oil
  • 1 lb Monterey Bay calamari, thinly sliced and quickly sauteed in canola or possibly
  •     grapeseed oil for 2-3 seconds Or possibly 1 lb. cooked Dungeness crab meat
  • 2 x ripe avocados
  • 1 lrg shallot, chopped
  • 1 sm garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 x limes, juiced
  • 1 x scallion, sliced thin
  • 1 sm tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 tsp Tabasco or possibly chili sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
