  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 x orange juiced of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 1 c. Madeira
  • 3 x shallots chopped
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
