  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Yellow onion, diced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. Andouille sausage, diced
  • 2 whl sweet potatoes, peeled and diced 1/4x1/4
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper, finely grnd
  • 1 c. Chicken stock
  • 3 Tbsp. Heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 3 c. Apple cider
  • 1/2 c. Cider vinegar
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 sprg fresh thyme
  • 1 sprg fresh sage
  • 1 tsp Grnd black pepper
