- 1 bn , bean or possibly alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 c. Slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. Water chestnuts
- 3 x Radishes, sliced in thin
- Â Â Circlets
- 2 x Green onions, finely minced
- 1/4 c. Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Salad oil
- Â Â Pepper to taster, freshly grnd
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1 sm Garlic clove, crushed
