- 2 x jalapenos, minced
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1Â 1/2 tsp grnd allspice
- 1Â 1/4 tsp grnd cardamom
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. fat-free yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. mesquite honey
