  • 1/2 lb Lean venison or possibly lamb,

  • 1/2 c. Cooked rice, grnd wheat
  •     Or possibly bulghour
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced onion
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced parsley
  • 2 can Condensed chicken broth
  •     (10-1/2 ounces each)
  • 2 can Water
  • 1/3 c. Lemon juice
  • 2 x Large eggs
  •     Salt, pepper
