Antipasto Italian Salad Recipe


  • 1 pt. salad olives
  • 1 jar ripe Greek olives
  • 1 (3 ounce) pkg. Romano cheese
  • 3 slices Swiss cheese
  • 12 slices imported salami
  • 6 ounce minced sweet pickles
  • 2 celery, center ribs and tops
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil


Finely Chop Cheese, Salami And Celery And Put Together With Other Ingredients. Toss Well And Chill. Tastes Best After 12 Hrs Of Marinating. Serves 6.
