- 4 x Green onions with tops, sliced
- 1/4 c. Snipped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Orange zest
- 1 tsp Dry rosemary, crushed
- 1 tsp Dry thyme leaves
- 1 x Boneless turkey breast half about 2 1/2 pounds
- 1 c. Apricot jam or possibly orange marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
