  • 75 gm butter
  • 1 Tbsp. sage finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. rosemary finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chilli pepper coarsely minced
  • 4 x red mullet 250g each scaled and filleted
