cup Unsalted butter, (1 stick) plus 1 tablespoon
4 teaspoons Vegetable shortening, like Crisco
cup Lowfat plain yogurt
cup Shallots, finely chopped, green onion
1 tablespoon Olive oil
8 ounces Mushrooms, trimmed and finely chopped (2 cups)
Red bell pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
teaspoon Sweet paprika
teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
cup Lowfat plain yogurt
10 ounces Chicken, cooked, chopped (about 2 cups)
