Aunt Teri's Super Secret Spaghetti Sauce


1 pound to 1.5 ground beef
15 ounces cans any cheap tomato sauce
6 ounces can tomato paste
1 teaspoon Basil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning blend (Spice Islands)
1 bay leaf
2 teaspoons fennel seed
1/4 cup sugar (trust me)
1 teaspoon accent
crushed red pepper (for hot and spicy, optional)
Brown the beef, add the rest of the stuff, bring to a bo
cool, boil. When ready to serve, cook you favorite pasta shape according to the directions on the box. R
