Ingredients

1 kilogram pork belly, cut into 1″ pieces
350 grams pork liver, minced
4 cups pig’s blood
3 pieces red/green chili peppers
4 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
1 piece thumb-sized ginger, minced
1 pc large-sized onion, halved and sliced thinly
1 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cups pork meat stock
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 pieces bay leaf
2 tablespoons salt
pepper (optional)
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
