6 ounces dried California apricots
cup water
teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon almond liqueur
1 pch salt
20 wonton wrappers thawed if frozen,
and covered loosely with a damp paper
towel to prevent drying
cup melted butter
cup water
2 teaspoons butter
cup sliced almonds
2 teaspoons sugar
cup heavy cream
cup maple syrup
cup light corn syrup
