Ingredients

2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons of baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup ( 1 and ½ sticks ) of butter, cut into pieces
1 1/2 cups of packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons of water
1 cup of chopped, bittersweet chocolate
1 cup of Andes mint baking chocolate
2 eggs
