For the potato filling
2 mediums big or 3 sized potatoes (boiled)
2 green chillies (finely diced)
1 clove of garlic (finely diced)
1 teaspoon ginger (finely diced)
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
salt to taste
For the dough
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cooking oil
