2 smalls red onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced

1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons Little Sky ground lavender
