Cranberry & Pistachio Biscotti Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dries cranberries
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup pistachio nuts, unsalted and shelled.
  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 4tbs unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs + 1 egg for egg wash

Extras :

  • Flour to dusting and sugar for sprinkling (optional)
