- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup pistachio nuts, unsalted and shelled.
- 3 cups plain flour
- 2tsp baking powder
- 1/4tsp salt
- 4tbs unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs + 1 egg for egg wash
Extras :
- Flour to dusting and sugar for sprinkling (optional)
