Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pound of ground beef (I used Kobe but I think it's a waste really lol)
- 1 tablespoon of freshly ground pepper
- 4 cups of Marinara sauce
- 1.5 pounds of ricotta cheese
- 3 large eggs
- Half of stick of unsalted butter
- 20 ounces of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
