1/2 package smoked tofu, sliced thinly
1/2 white onion, sliced
Handful of chinese broccoli or spinach, washed and cut in half
1 carrot, julienned
2 stalks green onion; one stalk chopped, other stalk sliced lengthwise into bite-sized pieces
dried shitake mushrooms, sliced and soaked in hot water
handful of black fungus (auricularia auricula, black kikurage, wood ear mushrooms... you can wikipedia it), soaked in hot water
3 cloves garlic, minced
sugar
soy sauce
sesame oil
