Well, as you can see in the picture I used this recipe to make Christmas cookies this year, but I've used this recipe numerous times and have always been impressed.
Cookie dough:
85g of butter
100g of white sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
150g of flour
tiny pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder

1 and a half c. icing sugar
