Ingredients

500 gr all-purpose flour ( I use only a whole wheat, it works very well too )

1 egg, lightly beaten

100 ml. milk

70 ml vegetable oil

100 ml. water, lucke warm

25 gr. fresh yeast

1/2 tsp salt

100 gr. sugar

filling:

1/2 cup applesauce

1/4 cup raisins

1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

1/2 cup apple juice

1 egg white

1 tbsp confectioners' sugar

1 tsp cinnamon
