Ingredients
I got a pack of dried beans in the pantry. Instead of making chili i decided to use them for something else. Hence this beany burgers!
- 2 cups beans, mashed (whatever type you like. i used white beans in here)
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- hamburger seasoning (season to taste)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup minced onions
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- hamburger buns
- selection of your favorite burger condiments (lettuce, pickles, cheese etc.)
- dressing of your choice (i just mixed equal amount of ketchup and mayo for this recipe)
