  • 1 1/2 lemons, peeled and quartered
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce [I.E. Tabasco]
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 pound unsalted butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
