• 60ml/2fl oz/4tbsp instant coffee granules

• To decorate:

• 100ml/3½fl oz double cream

• 3 tbsp whole milk

• a few drops of vanilla essence

• cocoa powder or ground cinnamon

• 4 cubes of fudge, rolled in brown sugar
