Ingredients For the pastry
  • 100g/3½oz plain flour, plus extra for flouring

  • 50g/1¾oz butter

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 2 tbsp caster sugar

For the apple filling
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 tbsp caster sugar

  • 1 apple, cut into wedges, skin left on

For the cinnamon cream
  • 100ml/3½fl oz double cream

  • 2 tbsp icing sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
