Ingredients For the soup
  • 1 small pumpkin

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ onion, peeled, chopped

  • 400ml/14fl oz chicken stock (vegetarians can substitute vegetable stock)

  • ½ apple, peeled, core removed, chopped

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

For the Wensleydale on toast
