  • 1 tbsp fresh marjoram leaves

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 4 salted anchovies

  • 8 marinated fresh anchovy fillets

To serve
  • beetroot leaves

  • parmesan shavings

  • olive oil, for drizzling
