  • 21 oz. almond paste, crumbled into small pieces
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 1 3/4 tsp almond extract
  • Praline:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups whole toasted almonds
  • Frosting:
  • 12 oz. mascarpone cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 3 T sugar
  • 1 T vanilla
  • Chocolate Bark:
  • 4 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
