- tbsp basil
- tsp lemon zest (optional, but good!)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 box whole-wheat lasagne sheets, par-cooked and drained
- 1 oz finely shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 oz finely shredded Fontina cheese
