  • 1/8 tsp. thyme
  • 3 parsley sprigs
  • juice from one lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen artichokes
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
