  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 8 oz farfalle pasta
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan, plus additional for garnish
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley leaves, chopped
  • 8 oz mozzarella, shredded
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
