- 1 red pepper, large dice
- 1 jalepeno, diced
- 1-2 tomatoes depending on size, large dice
- 1 smallish red onion, large dice
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped, more or less to taste
- 1 lime, squeeze juice over the whole thing
