  • 6-inches long and 3/4-inch
  • to 1 1/2-inches diameter
  • 2 lb. lamb shoulder, diced to
  • approximately a little
  • larger than what a coarse
  • grinder will do
  • 2 c. long grain rice
  • 1 (No. 2 1/2) can solid peeled
  • tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. ground allspice
