- 1 tbsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground mace
- 1 tsp sea salt and ground fresh pepper
- 1/2 pound of Veal, more or less
- canola oil
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
- the juice of one organic lemon(lemon zest for later)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp fresh or jarred grated ginger
- 2 cloves of finely minced garlic
- lemon zest
- a sprig of parsley

Note: If You Dont Want To Use Couscous Then Try *Quinoa, Its A Grain Of Sorts. A Great Source Of Protien,calcium,iron And Potassium.
