  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans -- toasted
  • 1 raisin bread loaf -- (16-ounce) cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • Lemon-Vanilla Sauce
  • 1 vanilla bean -- split
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
