- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon minced jalapeo
- 1 1/2 teaspoons wasabi powder
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped scallion
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice or rice wine
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- garnish with scalllions or diced cucumber or pickled ginger
