Really Good Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 2/3 cup unprocessed all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup soft whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup Becel Margerine
  • 4 tbsp ice water
  • 1 tbsp plain or vanilla yogurt/ 1% or lower fat.
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Filling
  • 2 cups canned Pumpkin
  • 1 and 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup low-fat(skim) instant milk powder
  • egg substitute,to equal 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup splenda or equal(you can use 1/2 cup of sugar)
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
