• 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup raisins(optional)
• 1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
• 3 TBSP unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• Topping:
• 2 cups sour cream
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 cup whipping cream
• 1/4 cup sugar

Description

The Sour Cream Topping Makes It Almost Cheesecake Like, Even Though There Is No Cheese In It.You Can Also Skip The Curst And Use Sugar Cookie Dough On The Bottom(that Is What Is Shown In My Picture)..
