Brown Sugar Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • Cooking Time: 60 to 65
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • cup hazelnut flour(ground hazelnuts)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • tsp baking soda
  • tsp salt
  • 8 ounces unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups(packed) brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp pure almond extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored and diced( inch)
  • cup moist, plump raisins(if too dry throw into hot water for 10 minutesthen drain from water and pat dry)
