- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- cup hazelnut flour(ground hazelnuts)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- tsp baking soda
- tsp salt
- 8 ounces unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 cups(packed) brown sugar
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- tsp pure almond extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored and diced( inch)
- cup moist, plump raisins(if too dry throw into hot water for 10 minutesthen drain from water and pat dry)
