  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 2 lbs sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup flaked coconut, toasted
