Apricot Almond Bundt Cake


  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract (not imitation)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 3/4 cup slivered almonds, divided
  • 1 jar (10 to 12 ounces) apricot preserves, divided


I Don't Remember Where This Recipe Came From, But I've Made It Quite A Few Times, And It Is Delicious. Wish I Could Give Credit Where Credit Was Due. I Like It Best With Apricot Jam, But Have Also Use..
