- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 apple chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
