Ingredients
- 2 cups flour (3 parts All Purpose flour and 1 part cake flour)
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter (I used butter flavored Crisco)
- 2 tablespoons shortening (I used regular Crisco)
- 1 cup buttermilk, chilled

Made These On Thanksgiving And They Were The Best Biscuits I've Ever Had. The Trick Is To Use 3 Parts All Purpose Flour And 1 Part Cake Flower. It Makes A Big Difference!!
