- Muffin Topping: 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup soft whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup of wheat germ or bran(optional)
