Artichoke & Leek Pizza

  • 1 oz. Pancetta, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil preferably extra virgin
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 large leek, thoroughly cleaned and sliced thinly
  • 3/4 lb. Pizza Dough
  • Semolina or cornmeal for dusting
  • 2/3 cup Mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated
  • 3 tablespoon Freshly grated Parmesan cheese


This Pizza Is Great With A Good Glass Of Wine... And Perfect For A More Upscale Pizza Night. It's A Little Labor Intensive But So Worth It In The End!
