Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

1 bunch (about 1 1/2 pounds) fresh asparagus
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 package McCormick® Hollandaise Sauce Blend
1 cup water


1. Wash asparagus and break off stalks as far down as they snap easily. Steam asparagus until tender; about 4-5 minutes. Keep warm.

2. Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sauce blend with a whisk. Gradually stir in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sauce comes to a boil. Simmer 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly.

3. Place steamed asparagus on platter; pour sauce over asparagus. Garnish with orange peel, if desired.
