MIX broth, cornstarch and soy sauce.
HEAT oil in skillet. Add asparagus, ginger root and garlic and stir-fry until almost tender-crisp. Add broth mixture and heat to a boil. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
SPRINKLE with sesame seeds if desired.
Makes 4 servings
*You can substitute 1/8 tsp. ground ginger for fresh ginger root.
